Who is eligible to enroll?: Anyone serious about health. Career changers with no background, personal trainers, nutritionists, health coaches, and med-spa or wellness staff all enroll — the program is written at a university level but starts from first principles and builds up, so no prior coursework is assumed.
How long does the certification take?: Roughly 60–70 hours across 14 modules and 95 chapters. Most students finish in eight to twelve weeks studying a few hours per week. Access does not expire.
How are the tests graded?: Every chapter ends with a gated test: 15 questions drawn from a pool of 25, and 80% to pass. The next chapter unlocks only once you pass, and a final examination closes the program.
What does the coursework actually cover?: Groundwork and aging science, nutrition and metabolic health, movement and recovery, sleep and circadian health, environment and mind, diagnostics and biomarkers, organ-system longevity, hormones, sexual longevity, peptides and pharmacology, frontier interventions, protocol design, and the coaching business itself.
Is this a real, in-depth education?: Yes. The coursework is written at a university level and goes fairly deep — you'll move through molecular biology, pharmacology, and clinical reasoning, not surface-level summaries. It is structured and scaffolded so a motivated beginner can keep up, but it is rigorous continuing-education, not a quick overview.
Can I use this to change careers?: That's who it's built for. You finish as a Certified Longevity Health Coach, able to advise on peptides, nutrition, training and lifestyle, with the business module covering packages, pricing and client acquisition.
Do I need a licence, and can I prescribe?: No licence is required to enroll, and the certificate does not authorize prescribing. You learn to educate clients, coach the lifestyle side, and collaborate with prescribers when medical care is needed.
What do I receive at completion?: A digital and printed certificate, lifetime access to updated module content. Career opportunities through our partners. Your own telehealth store (a $15,000 value).
Is there a refund policy?: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
